Hi everyone,
I have 2 Bachmann locomotives that were late 1980's early 1990's models that need their engines replaced. These have what are commonly called the pancake motors, powered trucks that have the electrical pick ups in the back wheelsets. I talked to Bachmann to replace these but they don't make them anymore. Bachmann said they would give me something newer but I would like to keep these. I figure if I can find the motors I may be able to keep these running. These motors just snap into the chassis. These pieces are my favorites and I take them to train shows. They become quite a conversation piece too and I just want to repair them to run with analog. If you can help me I sure would appreciate it.
