I know of no such place.   The best you could do, probably, is to look at the various webhosts for video and find ones with the sounds you need.  They won't be an hour long...maybe nine minutes if you are lucky.

Trak Works http://trakworks.com/  has some CDs of the type you asked about. Not all tracks are an hour long but can easily be looped for continuous play, especially if you load the CDs onto your computer and make a playlist of the tracks you want to use and then set the player to play the playlist on auto repeat. If the tracks 8-10 mins or longer, you won't notice the looping most fo the time.

I have the "Sleep on a Train" CD and love it. This happens to be 72 mins long of a passenger train, including a track that's 45 mins long. I have this on a playlist on auto repeat and often use this to help me go to sleep it's very hypnotic, (and it's way better than  those "surf" machines!). My computer is my HTPC and is hooked into my A/V Reciever with feeds to 4 different rooms (family/home theater room, bedroom, workshop and trainroom). I intend to get more of these CDs.

In the train room, I also run various videos for "atmosphere". I run my engines silent.

You might want to check out this link.  The download is only $7.  Some of it is pretty good, some not:; but I'm a big NYC fan so it works for me.   It's only 19 minutes long but could be looped.
