Custom Model Railroads 105' turntable kit

I'm Interesed in purchasing a Custom Model Railroads 105' turntable but I'd like to feelly - touchy before I buy, especially at $135.00. Has anyone built one of these or do you know of anyone that has one? I'm interesed in how hard they are to build as i've built a Diamond Scale turntable [banghead] and I don't feel like going through that again. I'm also interested in how well they track and how good is the alignment with the approach tracks.
