I have a metal decimal equivalent chart, from the Cleveland Twist Drill Company, on the wall of my workshop. It lists sizes for fractional, wire (numbered) and letter size drills, along with tap drill sizes. A #50 drill is about mid-way between a 1/16" and a 5/64", or, to be more precise, .0700".
