A huge new property out of the ghetto. In a "rich" people neighbor. And a seperate structure to house my layout.

If I won the big one, I'd move to a cooler location and build a new house on enough acreage to for a grass strip and a couple of hangers, have a basement or a seperate building for my trains and also have an acre for a garden railroad. and then I'd retire. Heck, if yer gonna dream, dream big !!!![(-D][(-D][(-D][(-D]

A new house, so as to be able to design another layout, with less selective compression (even in Z), yet more broader curves, and more features for my prefered line (today I have choice between Caliente/Bealville area and the Loop on my Tehachapi Pass, and it bothers me not to be able to design both).
