Got a new computer and want to use it for train related data and email. I updated my profile with the new address in both places. When viewing my update the new address displays.
But I still may getting forum related message at the old address. What else do I need to do?

If you have done all the right things in your profile, AND SAVED...the changes by clicking on that function elsewhere on the page, I am afraid your only option/recourse is to contact customer service and ask them to intervene on your behalf. Please scroll down lower on this page and find a link to Customer Service in a banner.

Crandell,
Thanks for your suggestion. I did contact MR regarding the problem. They replied that there may have been some residual messages but my email addresses were the new one.
I did receive the weekly newsletter at the new address.
However todays posts and the replies are STILL going to the old address.
I did reply to the their message telling them they were incorrect. I am now patiently waiting...
I received a response to my 2nd plea for help on Tuesday or Wednesday. I was told that my address would be corrected by Thursday.
It's Sunday, and we shall see.
Mine did the same thing. I PM'd Crandell, and the next day it was slowing righting itself. For whatever reason, it just takes the system 48hrs or so to purge itself and get the new adress going. Seems too long, but it will fix itself.
EDIT: Note to self: Read the posting dates.
Okay, so yours is taking longer to kick over than did mine. Maybe it's just slow.

Test, seven days since last communication with customer service, four days since last test.
I emailed customer service again on Sunday, the message was aknowleded but as of now has not been answered.
Test failed. Still no response other than the acknowledgement from the email I sent Sunday last.
Tine to send them a second request for assistance, reminding them that you had already informed them of the problem. Hopefully they'll be more attentive.
Test, trying again.
