Ver-ry interesting. Did you notice the outside Stephenson valve gear? (2 cams where the eccentric crank would usually be on the main crankpin.)
The associated links were interesting, too - even if not rail-related (Kiguchi-san is cute - but too young for my son and too old for my great-grandsons.)

The locomotive is a Finnish version of a Brooks Catalog locomotive:
It is comparable to the On30 BLI C-16. When that model came out I was informed it was a "toy" by the "knowledgeable". Nice to know that there is "almost" a prototype for the BLI loco.
The On30 BLI C-16 with a Bachmann On30 tender shell on the BLI tender frame.
