Oooo...some very nice images shared already.  Niiiiiice. Cool

This is my first ever building scratchbuild.  It is incomplete...needs strapping and a chimney with flashing at the base, glazing, etc.  But, I thought I'd post an early view.  My hat is across the room for you fellows who make flawless and entirely believable buildings that are so much more complicated and intricate.  Sheeesh....I don't know if I'll ever manage it.

Slow day today on the wpf.  I am working on a tyco c630 my parents bought for me at a yard sale.  I gave them a list of what was good to buy and they didn't look at it.  They mean well I guess so I decided that I would put a new athearn frame on it with athearn trucks to make it look better.  I am also waiting on a superdetail kit coming in the mail.  Other than milling the frame and thinning it a bit I have filled the old truck mounting holes and filled the pilots.  It will have mu hoses and antennas added as well as whatever is in the kit.

here are some pics

I also put a mashima tan can in my rivarossi 2-8-4 this week but I have no picks yet.  I am going to do something about the pizza cutter flanges, anyone have any suggestions? I also did some work on some passanger coaches and am deconstructing a turntable for a repaint and detail.
