Penn Lake Railway's paint shop has been busy over the past couple weeks...
While this isn't a complete paint job, I started with a Trainline CP Rail caboose, added consolidated lube stencils, glazing and a marker lamp, highlighted the grab irons, and swapped out the wheels and couplers:
Here we have Penn Lakes second RS3, this guy started out as a factory painted Delaware & Lackawanna unit. I stripped on the the DL letters and replaced it with Champ Penn Lake decals, as well as adding Details West MU hoses:
PL also out shopped some coal hoppers. I started with Bowser data only cars and used Champ O scale Penn Lake decals:
And last, but not least, we have an Atlas Trainman caboose in Norfolk & Western's block NW scheme. This one was started as an undec model and uses Champ decals:
Currently in the paint booth are two bay window cabooses, and a S2, being painted in Penn Lake's John Deere green scheme.
