Sean,

Sorry I missed this..I was off forum for a couple of days. I have been hitting Whistle Stop in Hillcrest on the way home from work. They have a decent selection of stuff but alot of the parts are behind the counter and you have to ask for it. Very helpful and knowledgable.

I also bought quite a bit of detail parts and such from Reeds before they closed for some projects down the line and someone in the club usually goes up to Longs or TrainQuest in Moreno every couple of weeks. For general hobby stuff there is ValueCraft, but they seem to be more LGB oriented, though I hear they are getting more HO. And there is always Reeds in La Mesa. But I haven't been there yet.

Hope this helps.

Dan
