You could check with MRC, but I wouldn't be surprised to find out they don't give it out.  IIRC it didn't come with my 2500 which I bought new.

Enjoy

Are you looking for a schematic for the internals, or how to wire the thing externally?

MRC has never publicly published their internal schematics for any of their power packs or DCC systems.  In recent decades, MRC has deliberately made accessing the inside of the case difficult to even look at the internals.  Despite this, you can be reasonably certain the internal parts, circuits, and methods are not all that special, and for the most part follow typical model railroading electronic design and practice.

If you are looking how to wire the power pack externally, the 2 wires to the track attach to the terminals labeled track or variable DC or similar.  Accessories generally go to the AC terminals.  I would have to check my 2500 at home for the exact labeling of the terminals.

hope this helps
