Another question about printable paper buildings

dbgrr's question about sources of printable paper buildings prompted me to ask about a specific supplier, but I didn't want to horn in on his post. Has anyone used the Model Builder software from ModelTrainSoftware.com? It looks like one fantastic program but I'd like to get some user feedback before investing my money in the software. Any comments on it?
