Athearn Auto-Max Cars

I received two of these cars decorated in BNSF.  They look fine.  After touching one of them, I noticed that some of the lettering rubs off with my fingers.  I washed my hands before touching them.  Any ideas on what kind of paint to seal it with?  I have some Krylon Matte Finish Clear in a rattle can.
