I guess you mean a USRA light Mikado from BLI. I have one and I am quite happy with it. The sound is terrific and the running performance improved after I converted it to DCC. What I absolutely don´t like about it, and that goes for all BLI products, is the sheer absence of any manual that´s worth the name. No hints how to disassemble, to maintain or service - that´s bad, and here in Europe, more or less illegal.
