Anyone try installing these yet?

Nothing supporting the middle on Coach, Lounge, Etc. I had to tape them together in the middle because they kept coming apart.

Putting the car back together was just enough of a struggle that the contacts popped off on 3 of 4 cars and they don't light.

Took them all apart again and added plastic shims underneath to "tighten" the contacts. Had to remove them because there just isn't any more room heightwise to close the car tightly.

Now I'm trying to crazy-glue thin .020 styrene against the back of the hooks on the flat side and .060x.188 on the electronic side so they don't pop off when I squeeze the cars back together/re-install the couplers.

I'll post pictures if it works. No light in the lower level???

Mine doesn't move.......it's at the station!!!

There will be no light in the lower level (I wish this would happen too.  I had to glue the plastic "filters" too the light board also.  I came across some extremely thick plastic that has worked really well.

Another tip:  Use electrical tape to cover the metal prongs on the LEDs on top of the boards.  I noticed the inside of the body's metal plating will cause these to short out.  It carries enough ohms to temporarily short it.  Good luck.
