-No longer on BLI "delivery schedule", says "find dealer"
-No longer listed in Walthers on-line catalogue
-Still listed as "TBA" by Horizon
Are they finally hitting the street or did they get whacked from production? I care I ordered some.
Anyone got any info? Please share, thanks
Mine doesn't move.......it's at the station!!!
I don't know the answer to your question, but I would like to ask you a question. How are those Amtrak California cars coming?? I was thinking about building a set too.
Sorry, I got side tracked.

A week or so ago, BLI announced a lot of 'cancelled' projects. IIRC, the post CZ cars were on that hit list.

Sad indeed. Sign of the times. A weakened economy has far reaching effects.
"I like my Pullman Standards & Budds in Stainless Steel flavors, thank you!"
According to BLI they aren't actually canceled just on the back burner. The economy has affected my spending. After I purchased my Overland models NP (Former SLSF/MKT) 60 seat divided chair car at 452.00. My budget is at zero. I haven't started on my budget for 2009 yet.

That must be some back burner that BLI has. Wouldn't mind seeing it :-)
The BLI web site has the schedule for all of the products that have been announced. Many of the products are labled " TBD " , which means they did not get a sufficient amount of reserve pre-orders to justify making the product.
The problem with BLI is that many dealers will not reserve ahead of time with them since they had major blow out sales serveral times on products leaving many dealer stuck with full price merchandise and BLI discounted their remaining stock 50% or more.
I like BLI and have many of their products but my local dealers will not handle them any longer. This situation makes it hard for BLI to justify new items without sufficient orders to lower the cost.

Yes, and then something new like the recently released UP TTT comes along and it sells out (from Broadway) within a month.
That also leaves a bitter taste because you really have to hurry once a model is released otherwise you're left in the cold.
