We have been stormed once again, with the effect that several old threads have been left at the front of the forum. Please, look at the second-last post and notice the date. If it is earlier than about June of this year, chances are it has been dragged forward to trap the unwary.
Please do the sensible thing....don't post to it because it's context will have changed in the interim, especially for threads over two years old.
Look for a stale-dated thread before you post!
