By following the first link in your signature I also found an error please note that the first two letters of the third word in the phrase ":: Gondola Detail SHots ::" on the page have been capitalized.

my club has a modular layout with a module size similar to yours. we have just finished a project to make it easier to set it up at shows. we used to use c clamps at the joints to hold the modules together and in verticle and horizontal alignment. this took quite a lot of time to set up at shows. i took the modules to my shop and after aligning each module with the one next to it i made a jig for my router and mortised a slot to fasten a 3-1/2" butt hinge on the front and back corners of each module so now when we set up at shows all we do is insert the legs and drop in the hinge pins and the modules are held together in perfect alignment. this has taken about 45 min off the time needed to set it up. another project was to run the tie strips right to the edge of the modules and cut the rails back 1" from the edge then insert pieces of rail 2" long with rail joiners to span the gaps. this minimizes the chance of the rails being damaged in transit. also put leg pockets at both ends of your modules in case you want to set up one module by itself. to level your modules use 1-1/4" pvc pipe caps with a 1-1/2"  1/4"x 20 machine screw and tee nut on the bottoms of the legs to make it easy to raise or lower the height.

Neutrino pointed out the "cooper" for copper mistake.  You forgot the third one in one of your graphics that still says "cooper".

If you don't want the reader to think your website is a "how to" guide, you need to get rid of sentences that read: "When making your module you must decide how and if to attach legs or some other means of support to the module" and "You can do so with dowel pins and carriage bolts."  These sentences make me believe that you're giving me instructions, you know, guiding me to things a certain way.

You have a good start on your site there.  Don't forget to later include actual photos of your benchwork to illustrate what you're talking about.

You are correct the PC board can be as small as a crosstie. However I feel that "I" would do better using the brass screws and letting the ballasting hide them.

BTW: all suggestions have been heard and adjusted accordingly.

That answers my question as to whether that smiley really was what I thought it was.  I can't believe there is one like that.  Not that it wasn't amusing.

Nice touch adding quotes around the I's and bolding them.  Keeping the "cooper" after you corrected it to "copper", over the top!!  Makes me wonder if you're just too clever or trisomy 21ish.  We'll find out soon enough.

Wow, I went back and took a look at his site again, and all I can say is "I" wont be going back becuase "I" have better things to do with the life "I" have left.
