I recently ordered a NW2 Northern Pacific and a NCE Powercab from Factory Direct on Saturday. I went to 'my account' on the webpage. They did not provide a tracking number. Does this mean that they did not start to ship my purchase?

I never did receive a tracking number from them, either; nor did I receive an e-mail saying the items had been shipped -- but I received the items within 2 weeks.
UPS will e-mail you the tracking number as soon as the package ships ... if it has been set up to do so.

If all else fails, CALL the seller. I find the old school TELEPHONE, talking to a real person, is more productive than the internet.

I called yesterday. The lady on the phone didn't really know what was going on so whatever.
I checked this morning and it said 'SHIPPED'.
