i started back in October and i'd say i've spent probably close to $700-$800 so far. i know at every show i spend between $100-$120 (3 shows). i think i've spent probably $150-$200 on ebay, and then of course there are the hobby shop visits which the last one today resulted in me dropping $50 and my mom $40. i guess its probably around $1000 or so.

A bit over $10k CDN just in locos and rolling stock ; rails, power packs, building material, tools, containers, trailers, tractors, automobiles and structures add up to the total.
And I think all of it is worth every penny.
Everything was spent in local hobby shops because I care about jobs that they bring to the community.
