Cool for my trains...
Posted by TheHeretic on Thursday, March 13, 2008 9:15 PM

One of the things I have wanted but have yet to see except in folks who work for the company was an employee of RJ Corman.  (he does derailments and now has shortline in a couple of states.)

Well yesterday I stopped by the LHS and found 2 RJ Corman GP-38 engines!!  so I got one.  I needed to keep some money to pay the house payment!   That and they had a Norfolk Southern GP40X so I had to get that.   (I love Norfolk Southern and will use them for my mainline. But RJ Corman is simply because I used to live about a mile and a half from them in KY)

And after looking at a few posts today folks are having trouble finding some of these.  But I will buy when I can.  and I could.

The RJ Corman is an Atlas Master locomotive Series.  Now to make convert the pieces in side wo it will run DCC.

The Norfolk Southern is a Athearn  that doest have DCC but has the slot to put in the DCC encoder.

All in all a good time to go to the store that night.   And I dont go but about every 6 weeks anymore.  to much work.
