What is your age? Updated.

Okay it is update time. Time has past and some of your ages changed.  Big Smile [:D] This is also an opportunity for the newbies to respond. You don't have to respond if it makes you uncomfortable.

You see, last month (for my birthday) I bought one of those 3 diopter magnifier lamps for myself. The wife heckled me so bad about my "old fogey lamp" that I was starting to believe her, that I was prematurly getting old!!! [V]
Glad to see I am not alone![:D]

64 and I was just given a magnifier lamp in addition to the visor that I already use. Now I have a choice.

I've got 3 of those silly lamps! Darn nuisance as I'm constantly having to clean them and banging my head on them.

The X-power of mag lamps has a direct relationship to age. At 30 you need a 3X, at 40 you need a 4X, at 50 you need a 5X, and so on... [:D] Now 54, I love my 5X mag lamp.

haha. i plan on working a lot this summer to save up. i don't know how much i'll be able to spend on train stuff as i plan on selling my car i bought this past october and get a truck, that is if my parents will let and if i can find a construction job to work during the days.

gambling won't be a daily or weekly thing. probably once a month if that even. i don't want to spend all my money and i know i need more stuff for trains.

I'm 19 and in college . . . . if only dorm rooms were big enough for small HO layout . . . at least I keep myself busy detailing diesels and assembling freight cars.

I'm with Snake at 54. I have to check with my brother the Eye Doctor about what power lens to ge. Currently I take off my glasses for really close work and sometimes that really does not work. [8D][8D]
