Sorry to "butt" in to your almost private Canadian topic here, but were is Red Green from? Oh yeah, he's from Manitoba, eh? Here in Minnesota, we receive this Canadian export rather fondly. Canadian geography is truly foreign to most Americans, but Canadian humor is not. I can think of a rather long list of funny Canadians, but I had no idea that there was regional or provincial humor. I, like you, eagerly await Sask's response. He should be home from school in a little while.[:D]

Have you seen any of the CTV episodes of Corner Gas, shown the past couple of weeks ? It's written by, and stars, Brent Butt....yes that's a real name.

It's got to be the first TV comedy series ( or any kind of series ) based in rural Saskatchewan ever tried.
Not too deep, but kind of funny in a deadpan-droll kind of way.[:D][:D]
It's even got it's own website, cornergas.com
