another MODEL POWER TRACK question

i asked last week if anyone had anything against using model power track, and the general response was that it was fine, but it is stfffer than Atlas.
my question now is, is one rail fixed, while the opposite one slides to accomodate a curve?

Yes, it has one sliding and one fixed rail, just like Atlas. As someone else mentioned in response to your prior post, in addition to being stiffer and harder to bend, the MP track has more realistic looking crossties than Atlas does. My MP track had "made in Italy" stamped on the bottom a couple of years ago. That could mean that they get it from Rivarossi or Lima.
