I have a locomotive project underway. (0-6-0 side tank) Things are going very well except I have a problem finding axles/drivers for it. I believe 52" is the correct size. Very small flanges preferred, as I now use code 70 & some code 55 rail.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks...

You can get 50" drivers from Bowser. The 2" difference between 52" and 50" isn't visible in HO.

Part numbersa are 17850 for plain drivers and 17851 for geared drivers.

Price from price list:

#1-17850 Bowser 50" DRIVER A-5 AND NEW DOCKSIDES $9.20
#1-17851 Bowser 50" DRIVER W/GEAR A-5 & NEW DOCKSIDES $10.35

Hope this helps.

It's really kind of hard to support your local hobby shop when the nearest hobby shop that's worth the name is a 150 mile roundtrip.
