Is semafore out there?

I have to personally thank you for introducing the GLEAM process to us. I finally got around to getting some Stainless Steel and some 1500 grit sand paper. I haven't gotten any metal polish to seal the track yet, but I must APPLAUD  you on this idea. I was having a few problems becuause I was using some old steel track and I just couldn't get the jerkies out of my loco movement. That is until I tried this process, now my loco's move nice and slow, no hiccups or stalls.

To anyone who hasn't tried this yet and you're having Track problems you've got to try it. I used 1500 grit sand paper, then rubbed the rails with a large stainless steel washer I got from the hardware store, then as a final step I wiped them down with alcohol. WOW, what a difference it made. Sure does make running trains a lot more fun!!!!
