I wont be attending this year, I have been the past 3 years and it was great but I just have not been doing any modeling for about the past year, I have to get going and get my layout running before I can buy anything else. I would love to go for the whole weekend sometime but right now Im 15 and that wouldnt work out, maybe in a couple years when I can drive there myself haha. If anyone wondering if its worth it to go it definelty is. Its a great show with lots of nice layouts and vendors. The crowds are pretty big so I would recomend going for the weekend if you can because if you can only spend 3 hours or so there you dont get to take it all in. Anyway hope everyone enjoys the show and I guess I will just have to waight tell next year.

5 more days !!! For those of you guys in NS, take the CAT from NS to Portland, Maine, then hop on the Downeaster to Boston South Station, take a cab over to North Station and take the AMTRAK to Springfield......you can enjoy some railfanning as well. I only wish the train would stop in Palmer at the old station, which is now converted to the Steamin Tender Restaurant. That is a real treat!

Thats a great idea!
If anyone gets bored, search Google for some of the vendors on the below list. You might find something you were looking for. Many have web sites.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.
As every year I'm hoping that their weather luck holds-last several years weather has not been a real factor although if you miss snow it can get cold and if it's also windy the wait in line for tickets can be challenging.
It's a great opportunity to talk with reps from major vendors about their products and get some insights as to their product thinking and the process of deciding what to build. Also an opportunity to get some questions that may have been bugging you answered.
Like many in the northeast I consider it a priority event on the model railroading calendar.

Older kits maybe vehicles. Check out #16 B,C,D,E,F,G in the Better Living Center.
There is a company from Texas that has a wide variety of modeling tools. #70 in the Young building.
Quite a few companies that advertise in MR will be there.
I'm planning on going for at least one day. I need to make a list.....

and I will be taking plenty of photo's and maybe some video.I hope to see some layouts that I havent seen before.
The beauty of the pages I listed is the fact you can print them out and make a plan. I do that every year. The vendor list have table location and how many tables.
I believe the flyers were printed before they finalized the details on the fourth building.

I know an vendor who has been there for many years in the Better Living Center and there is always a list of vendors wanting to get into the show but there is never enough room. He sells used trains of different scales. He has six tables and brings portable shelving he has so much to sell. This is a very popular show.
I hope they clean the fourth building very well. Horses are kept in there during the three week run in September.

If you're going, just don't miss the 4th building. It does show one on their website.

Here is a clickable link. Floor layouts, vendor list and locations. Clinics. This is a huge help.
I have been going since it was a one day, one bldg show. I arrive at opening time Saturday with a list of vendors to check out and then view layouts. I live 10 miles away and belong to the Society.
