I never tried it as a modeling media but I know it's good eaten, especially with Ham and a little RED EYE GRAVY over the GRITS. As for SOS, well how can I put this, it stands for [censored] on the shingle, or Chip Beef and Gravy, an old Southern Favorite[:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]...Btw 800
