I don't have that particular truck but I have a police car and fire truck, both with flashing lights, made by the same person. Trust me, this guy does good work and his prices aren't much more than you would pay for the vehicle and all the parts. If you want to do your own, buy one and reverse engineer it. He uses some pretty ingenious techniques to come up with his vehicles.
