Nice!

Brings back memories, of a day in 1953 when a friend and I railfanned the Jamaica ready tracks of the Long Island Railroad.  In those days, Jamaica was the end of third rail, so commuters from farther out on the island got the rest of the way home behind G5s class 4-6-0s.  We visited at midday, and the place was cluttered with G5's, some lettered LIRR, some Pennsylvania.  Beautiful!

I made that engine from a kit about twenty years ago.Not the smoothest engine in the world but she does pull well and the Pittman motor growl is most satisfying!
