Speaking of layouts in movies...

The July 1945 Model Railroader features "The Orange County Model Railroad Club" on its cover. The corresponding article inside the magazine starts with a tiny box that says that the layout was filmed by Universal Pictures in a short subject titled "Author in Babyland".

Does anyone recall seeing this short anywhere, or know anything about it?
