Windex as paint thinner

Since window cleaner is not clear, won't the color of the cleaner affect the color of the paint that it thins?

But it doesn't.  Windex is widely used as an airbrush paint thinner, and I've never had myself, nor heard of anyone, having color issues due to the blue tint.

I dont think the tint means anything at all. Otherwise we would not be using it on clear windows to see through huh?
