I want a glue for plastic kits.I found this glue from revell. Is it good?
Theodore,
If it's like any of the other liquid adhesives on the market, it's the one of choice when working with styrene (plastic). The adhesive actually melts the outer surface of the plastic and "melds" the two pieces you are adhering together, making a strong bond. However, since it is runny, you need to be careful not to add too much adhesive or it will discolor/mar the outer appearance of the plastic.
Liquid adhesives also have very good "wicking" characteristics. So, you can hold two parts together then add a small amount of adhesive at one end of the seam. The wicking action will draw it down the remainder of the seam. If you don't have any experience with it, Theodore, first try it out on some spare pieces of styrene.
