Especially since you mention money not being a huge issue, I'd say consider the Woodland Scenics system. They offer a set of precut foam risers, inclines, etc. that are convenient, easy and will get you up and running. Many long-time modelers use them, though some reach a point where they go beyond them. I'd say they're a good thing to consider in a "get up and running" and get back into the hobby mode. <br /> <br />Casey
