[angel] I would say CP. Although they're pretty conservative for my taste, they enjoy a good safety record and good public relations, perhaps a bit more so in Canada than down here. And there just seems to be a little something more spit-and-poli***han the other big lines. Not to mention the beauty of the Vancouver - Toronto main line! [:D] <br /> <br />CP would be followed closely by BNSF and then Amtrak's NEC, for many of the same reasons. I think they sincerely try to do the best they can with the resources available. I do wish Amtrak had more and steadier funds to work with [:(][?], and I'm sure I'm not alone in saying so.
