Is Kappler still around?

Subject is high quality wood for model railroad projects. Is Kappler still in business? My local hobby shop guy (Jerry's Bay View in Milwaukee) showed me he still has a few packets of Kappler but I cannot seem to find anything current about them. Kappler is/was high quality material.
On a related topic the newest Walthers HO catalog shows that Northeastern has, after a long absence, reintroduced some old favorites, such as two foot lengths of box car roof profile and passenger car roofs and floor in wood. Grab it while you can I guess! But nobody makes the strip metal roof ribs anymore that go so well with the box car roof. Old timers will know exactly what I am talking about.
