You can look the books up here [url]http://www.abebooks.com/[/url] Abe Books is one of the largest collections of listings of used books for sale on the net. Thousands of booksellers list their inventory there and the prices can be all over the place. Condition is all improtant for fiction and only slightly less so for nonfiction. <br /> <br />Let me know if you find anything of value >$100. I would like to brag about the assist on the bookcollecting newsgroup. <br /> <br />Donations to the librairies would be nice and possably tax deductable for you. If you want to try selling the lot to a used book dealer expect to be offered only about 1/3 to 1/5 of what they think they could eventualy sell them for. If that does not discourage you I could ask around about any bookstores that specalize in railroad items.
