I used to use Labelle #106 PTFE exclusively in gear cases but have since switched to this and I'm quite pleased with it.
For motor bearings I usually use CRC 2-26 in VERY small quantities. I don't use the aerosol. I found a bottle that had a pump sprayer a while back and have been decanting this into smaller, needle-point applicators as needed.

I'll plan on taking each of my E-units apart to thoroughly clean and service the drives. I'll post feedback upon finishing and testing them.

Purchased an E8 Proto 2000 awhile back, not sure if it was a LL or Walt. When I gave all the axles a visual under a magnifier, I discovered one was cracked, but the loco never clicked or thumped. I swapped it with another axle in the same truck so that the cracked one was further away from the driving gear and presumably would receive less stress. No problems yet. -Rob
