Marklin HO locos will definitively not run on your 2-rail DC (or DCC) layout, whereas Trix locos have no issue. Trix is Marklin´s 2-rail DC brand. Piko is 2-rail DC as well, but you may have an issue with track smaller than code 100, as the flanges are deeper than NMRA RP25 flanges.
