I've been very happy in my dealings with them, and recommend them unhesitatingly.

They are excellent--I always go in, have not done any on-line. Hiawatha Hobbies in Waukesha is a close 2nd if you are only looking at Wisconsin Hobby Shops

This is my LHS and they are great.  Always friendly.  They are only trains, and their staff is very knowledgeable.  In addition to being a retailer, they offer decoder installation, custom painting, repair work, etc.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just ordered from them for the first time recently and was very pleased - competitive prices, very quick shipping.

My in-store and train show experiences have always been good.  I have visited the layout of the owner and he is a very fine modeler himself.  I live too far away to make use of it, but they feature regular free clinics at their store of a quality and diversity that many NMRA divisions would be proud to have.
