Web research leads me to threads which mention PSC, Utah Pacific, Details West, Detail Associates, Smokey Valley, all of these I know; there is mention of "PIA" as a manufacturer (with and non-working link) like nobody would NOT know them. So, anyone want to clue me in as to who "PIA" might be and where to find them, as nothing like that is listed on the Walthers site for a manufacturer's name.

I remember seeing PIA many years ago. I found Precision Investment Accociates on a search and shows Walthers as manuf. #63. They were created by Pacific Fast Mail in 1977 as I read. Otherwise, I don't know anything about them.

IIRC, PIA continued to operate after PFM shut down. Then it was sold in the last decade or so. PSC may have been the purchaser.
