Archive for defunct DCC engineering companies

Is there an archive available, on line, to locate Atarus signaling module use manuals. Their site is currently gone.  If not maybe someone has access to them, and would be willing to scan them into an e-mail. Or, Were they bought by another co.? Thanks in advance for a response.

I think you are probably looking for W.S. Ataras Engineering.  I havn't seen Bill Ataras in 15 years, and for all I know he has retired, BUT if you Google Ataras Engineering you find this  . The link there for W.S. Ataras goes to a different site that appears to have the manuals you seek. Its worth a shot!

Another possibility is the NMRA's Kalmbach Library.  There is a need for preserving this kind of technical information from the past, something like what the HO Seeker website does with kit instructions and catalog pages from days gone by.
