Good Afternoon!

A quiet day today. Took a long nap, but now I am having issues to get up. Just watched my favorite TV train show - a train ride from Peshawar to the Khyber Pass, filmed in 2005. Lots of steam action, but certainly not a place I´d like to be.

Chloe, just coffee for me please!

Plan front: I did not touch that plan today - I don´t want to get stuck into an analysis-paralysis routine. Just played around with my photo editing software to produce a somewhat different image:

Looks like a pencil drawing. I did some research on locos and rolling stock and found a kit by a UK kit manufacturer.

The kit is not too expensive, so within reach for me. I might need some help assembling it, as soldering is not one of my strong skills, but I bet Lothar will be happy to help [:-^] Add a little painting and weathering, and you get this:

Isn´t it cute?

My next step will be building a 1/10 scale mock-up of that layout, providing that I find a source for cheap (i.e. free of charge) corrugated card stock.

Todd - poor mousie - RIP!

TTFN!
