Converted from DCS to DCC. Running 7 mth ho sd70's on the layout. Before switching over I reset all 7 to factory settings using the DCS system. Now two of the engines will accept a change from Engine #3 to some other number and will actually operate under the new number until I turn off the power. When the power is turned back on the engine seems to have forgotten the new number and will respond only as engine #3. The other 5 sd70's converted successfully and retained their new numbers, three as part of a consist. Hope someone has some experience with this and helpful advice. Thanks.
