connecting Soundtrax current KeeperII with Decoder Buddy Mini

I want to use a Soundtrax Current Keeper II with a decoder buddy mini. I wasnt sure what solder tabs to use on the Decoder Buddy mini.

 

Is this correct?

Blue wire (common) from Current Keeper to "U" soldering tab?

Black wire from Current Keeper to "GND" soldering tab?
