How to wire a three way turnout with Panel LED indicator lights.
Posted by gary233 on Saturday, June 30, 2018 10:03 AM

So I want to wire my MRC three way turnout (OLD) with panel led’s Indicating the train direction.  Essentially it’s two switch machines (side mounted on the turnout), each with one R-G-B wire.

When I wire my regular turnouts I include an Atlas Snap Relay to connect DC power and control the LED’s.

So the question is do I wire only one of the relays to the green LED indicating s straight through path and one RED Led for Each switch machine indicating the diverging routes?

Or do I connect BOTH relays to a single Green LED?
