The audio from the little camera is not the best, but you get the idea.

Too loud for conversation when running,  I usually set the SFX006 CVs for 50% volume instead.

Nice video and interesting approach.  Plus some very nice layout modelling.

This makes the point often cited that more speaker(s) area make for better sound.  It was demonstrated for me with some conversions this year.  Dual sugarcubes happened to be better (IMO) than the small oval that was supplied with the LokSound I put in a HO GP9 to replace a Tsunami, though not necessarily more surface area.  But these were well below the sound quality of dual 1.1" HiBass speakers w/enclosures that fit into an E6.  I also put four sugarcubes into an SD50 and SD60, but the dual 1.1" still beat those out.  So I can see how four 1.1" would be a step better, and could fit into a dummy B unit or trailing car.  Or I could simply add 2 speakers in the dummy B unit, wired from the A unit.  I might try that!

Or even add 4 speakers to the B, wired with the 2 in the A, for 6 total.  That would (3 series pairs, wired in parallel) make 16/3 = 5.3 ohms, correct?  But I imagine at some point I would pass the diminishing return point.

I notice your video is 11 minutes long.  I put some 2 minute videos on youtube (first time) a couple months ago and each took about an hour to upload.  Am I using too detailed a camera (Canon G12) video setting and can I use a lower quality file setting for youtube uploads to speed the uploading process w/o too much compromising the quality?

Sorry to take so long offline.

I am not sure of the video quality of my camera vs yours.  Merely that my uploaded file is 1.3 Gb large and is HD Mp4 quality from my Flip camera showing 720p HD at 60 frames per second.  At times I do let uploads run overnight.
