QSI decoder quit. Its only 7 years old with approxiamently 287 hours of operation. My problem is BLI doesn't carry this type decoder anymore uinless I can locate one through someone or purchase a new type like a tsunamia. what to do. Oh yea... one more thing It's #1 of 3 in a consist and I get the feeling I'll have a hard time speed matching with the other two. Any suggestions.

Have you tried resetting the decoder? I've had a couple of QSI equipped locos, after being shut down for a while, decide not to run for no apparent reason and was able to revive them with a reset.
