Dc Auxiliary tender to DCC
Posted by Steam24 on Sunday, February 26, 2012 4:47 PM

I have a couple of Spectrum Auxiliary tender that are DC but would like to use them with my BLI DCC Y's & A's. Does anyone know how to do this.

Thanks

Simply follow the NMRA wiring standard, Right rail to the red decoder wire, left rail to the black decoder wire. Only two wires needed.

If the tender does not have metal wheels and pickups, go to the below link and modify the tender.

Use a two pin Miniatronics connector set

Others will have ideas also.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.
