Cline - Culotta Postwar Freight Car Book

Does anyone know where I can buy a copy of "The Postwar Freight Car Fleet" by Larry Cline and Ted Culotta? This book is published by NMRA, and appears to be either sold out or out of print, although it has only been on the market a few months. Caboose Hobbies was mentioned as a place that had a few copies, but they are out... Help!

That's what I'm 'hearing' elsewhere on the web... it's sold out everywhere.

That first print run was just too darn small.

I managed to get mine from NMRA and it's a great book-there are none available here in the UK.
